God of War: Ragnarok: While the exclusive PlayStation welcomes the “New Game Plus” mode with many new features, a giant replica of the hammer Mjölnir appears in the Lombard capital.
We return to talk about God of War: Ragnarok, one of the most recent exclusives in the PlayStation catalog, which last November projected Sony console owners on an epic journey into Norse mythology.
The action game from Santa Monica Studio has been updated with a series of new features within the New Game Plus mode. At the same time, a gigantic reproduction of Mjölnir, the hammer of this episode’s main antagonist, has appeared in the heart of Milan: Thor.
The new spells introduced by Sony will allow players to experiment with new approaches to fighting, a very useful option both for testing the new Burdens (set of spells that apply “malus” to the protagonist to make the challenge even more difficult ) and the renewed fighting arena of Nilfheim, which also offers the possibility of choosing the pair of characters, entrusting a companion among Atreus (in the case of Kratos), Freya, Brok, Sindri, Angrboda, Ingrid, Thor, and Thrúd. So if you dreamed of seeing Kratos and Thor in action on the same team, this is your chance.
In the meantime, to celebrate the availability of PlayStation 5 in stores after the semiconductor crisis that made the console practically “unavailable” in the first two years of its launch, Sony is continuing its Live from PS5 campaign, which saw several items (such as a Gigantic PlayStation 5 in the streets of Rome, or the Leviathan ax in London) invade the cities of the world.
In fact, in Corso Venezia, in Milan, a gigantic replica of Mjölnir, the hammer wielded by the god of thunder Thor in the sequel to God of War, has appeared: the colossal weapon is no less than three and a half meters high, with a length of over two meters and a depth of almost one meter, and can be admired life by action game lovers until next April 15th.
